Measuring-System for 100-percent-measurement of web-materials

 

The highly topical issue of electrification of motorcar make high demands on save and ideal operation of the used batteries. This requires the use of measuring systems for optimum quality evaluation of the production process.

 

The time-tested Area-Mass-Measuring-System is applied for 100-percent-control of different web materials. A fixed, segmented detector with a measuring width that matches the width of the web, enables a quick acuisition of the area mass distribution of the cross profile of the web. Hence the name Instantaneous-Cross-Web- or ICW-System. The detector unit is based on one or more Ionisation-Chamber-Arrays. The operating prinziple of the system is a radiometric measurement.

 

The ICW-System is successfully used in the automobile industry for the production of batteries.

VacuDAP with battery-option

 

The spectrum of the Dose-Area-Product Measuring System was enlarged by a technical innovation. The Systems VacuDAP Bluetooth® and VacuDAP compact can now be operated with an accu-pack.

The battery-option in combination with the VacuDAP compact is the first complete stand alone DAP - meter and is most suitable for the use  at mobile X-ray units.

The Bluetooth® - measuring chamber with battery-option can be controlled as usual by the Bluetooth - Display unit as well as by Host-computer.

The well-proved Ionization Chamber for automatic exposure control in X-ray diagnostic machines has been optimised for latest flat-panel detectors. Chambers almost invisible measuring fields are a result of an innovative construction, which yields an extremely homogeneous X-ray absorption of the measuring chamber for all relevant tube-voltages in medical X-ray diagnostics. The design keeps the outstanding characteristics like chamber thickness of 6 mm and flexibility in size. VacuDAP Bluetooth® 

 

VacuDAP goes wireless! The new VacuDAP Bluetooth® allows to install the Dose Area Product meter VacuDAP at the X-ray machine without interface cable by using Bluetooth® wireless technology. It saves expense for cable installation between DAP meter and operating desk but assures complete functionality of the standard VacuDAP. Small measuring chamber for VacuDAP

Our Dose Area Product (DAP) measuring system VacuDAP has been completed. Small versions of the VacuDAP compact and VacuDAP-OEM as the measuring chamber of the configuration VacuDAP standard/fluoro/twin provide a most suitable solution for smaller collimators of mobile X-ray units. A wide range of adapters offers an easy mounting of our chambers.
